THE BHAVANI RIVER BASIN
Working with the Snowchange Cooperative, Junoscape was part of a team that undertook a study of the Bhavani river basin (Tamil Nadu, India). Assessing the river’s environmental and social stressors by combining physiochemical and cartographic analysis with interviews of the farming, fishing and Indigenous community of the basin, the study’s principal aim is to promote the rewilding and protection of the river, its territory and its human and non-human dependents.
